Delusions of Grandview is the seventeenth episode of the fourth season, and the seventy-ninth overall episode, of the CBS series, Ghost Whisperer, originally premiering on March 6, 2009. The episode was written by Mark B. Perry and Laurie McCarthy, and directed by Jefery Levy, and recieved a total of 11.09 million viewers.
Sam gets a little more than he bargained for when he spends time with Melinda so he can get used to her world, and they run into a ghost who is influencing the children of a nursery school.
